G.P. Yash Vardhan is an Associate Partner in the Hyderabad office of the Firm. He is in an integral part the dispute resolution team of the Firm. His pre-eminent areas of practice include Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Debt Recovery, Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigations and Consumer Redressal Issues.

He regularly appears before the High Court of Telangana, National Company Law Tribunal, Civil Courts, Consumer Forums, Arbitration Tribunals, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Labour Courts and other quasi-judicial forums & authorities. He represents Banaks and Financial Institutions, Committee of Creditors, Resolution Professionals, Liquidators etc. before the National Company Law Tribunal in matters relating to Insolvency and Bankruptcy.
