A senior partner at INDIALAW, Vinod heads the Cochin office. Prior to moving to Cochin, Vinod was a part of the Firm’s Pan India litigation, Arbitration and Intellectual Property team at Pan India HQ in Mumbai. During his tenure with the firm, he has represented matters before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court.
A highly regarded Intellectual Property lawyer, Vinod has wide experience in both IP litigation, and IP filing and prosecution and has represented many clients in their patent, copyright, and trade mark infringement suits. Additionally, he is a Registered Patent Agent with the Indian Patent Office.

A full time partner at INDIALAW, Shrishail specializes in the field of banking, general corporate, real estate, including infrastructure and project finance. He has been advising some of the major public sector banks, private banks and NBFCs in financing of various large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects. He heads Banking and Finance practice area of the Firm.
He has been advising lenders as well as borrowers in corporate finance, project finance transactions cutting across various sectors viz., power, renewable energy, roads, metro rail, ports, steel, oil & gas etc. His practice Covers all aspects of project finance transaction right from structuring of the transaction to drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, advising clients on various regulatory issues etc. He has represented borrower, lenders, promoters, investors etc. He has handled few of mega power projects, mega port projects, mega road projects, including many a prestigious projects initiated by Government of India, NHAI under its PPP policy.
