As a Associate Partner at Mumbai office of IndiaLaw, Abdullah focus on Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Debt Recovery, and White-Collar crimes litigation practice.
Abdullah represented a wide spectrum of clients in insolvency & bankruptcy practice, including banks, insolvency professionals, committee of creditors, resolution applicants etc. He regularly appears before the National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. Abdullah has been part of several landmark decisions passed by the NCLT in high-stake matters involving Jet Airways, Sterling Group, Vindhyavasini Group, Future Group etc.

Abdullah has played an instrumental role in representing clients before the High Court of Bombay, other civil and criminal courts. Abdullah’s expertise also extends to matters pertaining to Special Acts such as MPID Act, PMLA Act, NI Act, and MOFA Act.

In addition to regular court appearances, Abdullah has also been involved in advisory work especially in relation to Insolvency & Bankruptcy and White-Collar crimes.
