A Partner with INDIALAW LLP, Ashwin.R.Anneppanavar, with diversified experience in litigation/  Disputes Resolution, with a focus on Commercial/Civil litigation. Ashwin has experience of 18 years in Litigation besides handling various Non-Litigation assignments relating to Real Estate. He started his journey in the profession with a law firm Holla and Holla, Advocates, Bangalore.

Spearheading the firm’s end-to-end litigation/disputes resolution practice for Bangalore region. He has vast experience and focus on resolving complex commercial and corporate disputes arising out of trade and commerce, contracts. He has advised and represented domestic and international clients in a wide range of commercial disputes. He brings his vast experience in handling various Civil and Commercial disputes, arbitration, matrimonial cases, matters related to RERA & Consumer Protection Act, property disputes and disputes falling under Insolvency and Bankruptcy code.

He represents clients before the High Court, Civil Courts, Commercial Courts, NCLT, Family Courts, K-RERA, and other Judicial Tribunals and Commissions.
