He has successfully obtained attachment and sale orders under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, ensuring effective enforcement of arbitral awards and safeguarding his clients’ interests. Additionally, Asav was actively involved in representing an individual foreign investor client before the Supreme Court of India, where the issue of the stamping of arbitration agreements was addressed by a Constitution Bench of 7 judges.
