Reetha D

Reetha D is an Associate Partner who leads the litigation practice at the Cochin office. With more than 22 years of professional experience, she has developed a distinguished reputation across civil and criminal litigation, arbitration, banking and finance disputes, insolvency, recovery, and real estate matters.

During her career, she has practised extensively in New Delhi and Mumbai, appearing before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, and various tribunals, before finally settling down in Cochin, Kerala. This pan-India exposure has enriched her understanding of diverse judicial forums and enabled her to effectively handle complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes.

She has represented and advised leading corporates, multinational companies, and financial institutions in high-stakes litigation and regulatory matters. Her practice covers corporate and shareholder disputes, commercial contracts, banking recoveries, insolvency and restructuring under the IBC, and real estate and property-related matters. Known for her strategic insight, sharp advocacy, and practical problem-solving, Reetha is frequently sought after for complex disputes requiring both legal acumen and tactical execution.

Reetha has built enduring client relationships by providing clear, solution-oriented advice that addresses both immediate litigation challenges and long-term business interests.
