Ms. Khushboo Rupani is an Associate Partner at the Mumbai office of IndiaLaw LLP, where she heads the firm’s Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice, encompassing Arbitration, Conciliation, and Mediation. With over a decade of professional experience in commercial, consumer protection, white collar crimes, real estate, maritime and testamentary and various civil and criminal litigation.

She has appeared extensively before the Supreme Court of India, the Bombay High Court, and various judicial and quasi-judicial forums. She has authored an article on Rule of Law: Understanding its significance in upholding Constitutional order and Individual Liberties which was published in an Lawfoyer International Journal of Doctrinal Legal Research and Protecting free speech in Digital Age: Constitutional Challenge of Online Regulation and Hate Speech which was published in Indian Journal of Law and Legal Research and been invited as a judge and speaker by reputed institutions.
