Ritika Dedhia is an associate at IndiaLaw LLP with the Corporate Law practice, with experience spanning legal due diligence, banking and finance transactions, real estate advisory, consumer protection matters, and general corporate advisory. She has been actively involved in conducting Legal Due Diligence (LDD) exercises for financial institutions and asset reconstruction companies in relation to stressed assets, financing transactions and enforcement-related matters. Her work includes review and analysis of transaction documents, title and security creation documents, charge filings, litigation and insolvency proceedings, SARFAESI enforcement actions, and preparation of detailed due diligence reports and title search reports.
