During her career span, she has advised some of the largest real estate developers, real estate investors, MNCs, financial institutions, banks, power companies, IT companies, and other corporate companies across the country.​

Shweta holds extensive experience in title due diligence for acquisition and lending transactions, sale and purchase of property, society redevelopment projects, MAHADA redevelopment projects, slum rehabilitation projects, plotted development projects, retail matters including agreements pertaining to leasing of various types of residential, commercial and industrial projects, real estate finance transactions and matters pertaining to local law advisory and transaction management.​

Prior to joining Indialaw LLP, she has worked extensively with SNG & Partners, Mumbai focusing on real estate construction funding.​
