Ritika Dedhia is an associate at IndiaLaw LLP with the Corporate Law practice, with experience spanning legal due diligence, banking and finance transactions, real estate advisory, consumer protection matters, and general corporate advisory. She has been actively involved in conducting Legal Due Diligence (LDD) exercises for financial institutions and asset reconstruction companies in relation to stressed assets, financing transactions and enforcement-related matters.
