AI Legal Governance & Legal-Tech Deployment: Founder of Legalify; designed and deployed a production-grade Agentic-AI legal research and drafting system on WhatsApp featuring multilingual generation, legal correlation, and responsible-AI guardrails. Advises tech firms and legal teams on AI compliance, algorithmic risk, and technology adoption.

DPDP Act 2023 & Cybersecurity Privacy-by-Design: Advises enterprises on DPDP Act 2023 compliance, data processing contracts, and privacy architecture. Former Chief Architect at ClearTrail Technology, leading lawful-intercept, cybersecurity, and legal-intelligence platforms (including CCTNS state-wide deployments) with privacy-by-design controls for government and law-enforcement agencies.

Capital Markets & BFSI Data Governance: Deep expertise in SEBI data-retention, audit, and regulatory-technology requirements.
