IndiaLaw LLP Welcomes Dinesh Gupta as Partner in Corporate and M&A Practice
IndiaLaw LLP is delighted to announce that Dinesh Gupta has joined the firm as a Partner in the Corporate and M&A practice, based out of the Delhi/NCR office.
Dinesh brings with him over 15 years of extensive experience in aircraft leasing and financing, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, distressed buyouts & related structuring, and general corporate advisory. His sectoral expertise covers Aviation & Defence, Retail & E-commerce, Gift City, Financial Services & Fin-tech, Insurance, and Pharmaceuticals.
He has also advised on a wide range of corporate and regulatory matters including Gift IFSC set-ups, foreign exchange regulations, fintech, insurance, cross-border investments, corporate restructuring, and entry & exit strategies. Dinesh is an alumnus of Chaudhary Charan Singh University and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Before joining IndiaLaw, Dinesh was a Partner at Clasis Law, where he advised on complex corporate and commercial matters for over six years. At IndiaLaw, his focus will be on building and expanding the firm’s Aviation, Insurance, M&A, and Restructuring practices.
