IndiaLaw LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Abha Shah as Partner, leading our practice in Telecommunication, Technology, Media, and Corporate Law.

With over 20 years of experience, Abha brings deep expertise in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and joint ventures. Her practice spans a wide range of industries including technology, media, gaming, sports, healthcare, and infrastructure.

She is widely recognized for her strategic counsel in intellectual property structuring, licensing, and compliance, as well as her work in data protection, cybersecurity, and digital law.

Abha holds a Company Secretary qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and an LLB from Government Law College, Mumbai.
