INDIALAW LLP Advises on Rs16,694 Cr MEIL Financing Deal

INDIALAW LLP acted as Lenders Legal Counsel to the consortium of 13 leading public and private sector Banks in connection with credit facilities aggregating ~INR 16,694 Crores granted to Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Limited.

The transaction was headed by Senior Partner Mr. Shrishail Kittad and Associate Partner Ms. Nim Dem Dorjee assisted by their team.
