IndiaLaw LLP acted as a legal counsel to SIDBI for securing US$ 200 million loan from Green Climate Fund for FMAP Project

IndiaLaw LLP is pleased to have acted as legal counsel to SIDBI(Small Industries Development Bank of India) in securing a USD 200 million loan and a USD 15.6 million grant from the Green Climate Fund (GCF) for the FMAP Project (Financing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise Adoption of Green and Resilient Practices).

This significant transaction will empower India’s MSMEs to adopt climate-resilient and low-carbon strategies—advancing the nation’s climate goals.

The deal was led by our Managing Partner, Shiju Pv, with key support from Senior Associate, Umang Shirodariya.
