Dinesh is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice of the Firm.

Dinesh has over 15 years of experience advising international and domestic clients on matters of mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring & insolvency and general corporate advisory. His industry experience spans across sectors, including Aviation & Defence, Retail & E-commerce, Gift City, Financial Services & Fin-tech, Insurance, and Pharmaceuticals.

He regularly advises international clients on issues related to the foreign exchange regulations of India, inbound investment, cross-border M&A, external commercial borrowings, and entry and exit strategies.

He has successfully handled various assignments relating to aircraft leasing & financing, Gift City approvals, corporate restructuring, distressed M&A, joint ventures, business transfer, assets transfer, and financial and strategic investments.

Dinesh is a qualified lawyer and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has also passed the limited solvency examination conducted by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. He has contributed several articles on topics related to restructuring, insolvency, and corporate laws.

Before joining IndiaLaw LLP, Dinesh worked with some of the prestigious law firms and consulting firms in India.
