Nidhi has represented and advised Corporate in conducting inquiries related to employment issues and appeared before the Labour Court. Nidhi has also represented various Multi-National Companies in high stake litigations in the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and other High Courts pan India. She has advised various multinational Companies in respect of the enforcement and execution of foreign decrees in India. Nidhi also practices in RERA and REAT Tribunal and represents various Builders and individual home buyer in the RERA litigation.
