Abdullah’s insights on insolvency and regulatory developments are frequently sought after, and have been featured in leading newspapers and industry publications. Thus, further establishing his position as a trusted voice in the field.

Abdullah advises and represents leading nationalised banks and NBFCs in high-stakes matters under the SARFAESI Act, with a proven track record of securing favourable orders before the DRTs, DRATs, and the Bombay High Court. He provides strategic advice on the execution of Section 14 SARFAESI orders, helping clients efficiently realise their security interests.

Abdullah’s expertise also extends to matters pertaining to Special Acts such as MPID Act, PMLA Act, N.I. Act, and MOFA Act.
