Abha brings extensive experience in corporate laws. She regularly advises acquirers, investors, and promoters on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures and general corporate transactions) both inbound and out bound transactions) across a broad range of industries.

She has garnered a remarkable reputation for her commercial-legal acumen in advising, structuring, drafting, vetting and negotiating complicated agreements with respect to acquisition and licensing intellectual property rights (IPR). She also advises registrations, prosecutions and management of IP and renders legal opinions on complex IP matters.

Abha also regularly advises clients on content clearances, due diligence, data protection, cybersecurity, IT law compliance, ensuring they manage and secure their digital assets effectively.

Abha has advised a full spectrum of clients across various industries. These include manufacturing, infrastructure, media and entertainment, gaming and sports, hospitality, technology and healthcare.

She regularly advises and represents high net worth individuals (HNI), private equity clients, celebrities/ talent, film studios/ production houses, sports and gaming companies, tech companies and e-commerce giants.

Abha has done Company Secretary (CS) from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and LLB from Government Law College, Mumbai.
