## A Humble Beginning

In the early years, the law firm was a humble venture, started by the managing partner Mr. K.P. Sreejith in a modest office located at Bazaargate Street, Fort, Mumbai with a small team of ambitious and passionate attorneys, who shared a common dream of creating a reputable law firm focusing on client service and business friendly solutions to the corporates.

## 'On your own premises'

From its humble beginnings, IndiaLaw LLP quickly gained recognition for its exceptional legal acumen, unwavering commitment to clients, and its ability to handle complex cases. As its reputation grew, so did its clientele and number of lawyers. The firm moved to own premises at Kamar Building, Kawasji Patel Street, Fort, Mumbai.

## Embracing Technology

IndiaLaw LLP has consistently been at the forefront of embracing technological advancements in the legal industry. The firm recognized the potential of legal tech early on and invested in cutting-edge technologies to streamline processes, improve research capabilities, and enhance client communication. The firm developed a custom made inhouse software tool integrating operations under one interface. These innovations enabled the firm to handle cases efficiently and offer bespoke solutions to clients, earning their trust and loyalty.

## Growth and Expansion

The firm expanded its practice areas to encompass various branches of law, including corporate, litigation, intellectual property, arbitration, banking &fiancé, real estate and regulatory compliance. The firm opened new branches at Delhi, Chennai, Cochin. Innovative methods like creating a customized ERP platform with client interface and introduction of exclusive Client Relation Management team ensured smooth and seamless operation and client management.

## PAN India Operation

With the increase of clientele and area of expertise, the firm expanded its footprint beyond regional boundaries. With a growing clientele, firm expanded its operation to PAN India level by setting up additional branches at Kolkata, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. PAN India operation provided clients with access to a wide range of legal expertise, and it broadened the firm’s understanding of the legal challenges faced in different jurisdictions.

## Relocation of Our Head Office

With rapidly expanding practice and increasing strength of lawyers and staff, need arose to move to a our current head office at Ground Floor, Apeejay Chamber, Wallace Street, Fort, Mumbai – 400001. This move represents a significant milestone for as it reflects not only our dedication to expanding our operations but also our belief in creating an environment that fosters creativity, teamwork, and excellence in everything we do.

## New Branch Office in Excelsior, Fort, Mumbai!

We opened our second office in Mumbai!  
  
Our second office—exclusively dedicated to non-litigation practice—officially opened on the fourth floor of the iconic Excelsior Theatre building in Fort, Mumbai. Meticulously designed for consultations, negotiations, and transactional work, this space provided a focused and efficient environment tailored to our non-litigation team.  
  
Our litigation and arbitration team continued to operate from our Head Office at the Ground Floor of Apeejay Chambers, Wallace Street, Fort, Mumbai.
