## **Facts of the Case:**

The case arose from an incident where a milk sample was collected on **November 24, 2017**, by a Food Safety Officer (FSO) from the premises of the applicant, M/S Kewal Dairy. The milk was found **sub-standard and unsafe** based on food analyst reports dated **December 10, 2017**, and **April 25, 2018**, respectively.
