# Priyanshi Dubey

Priyanshi Dubey is a BBA LL.B. student at New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University, Pune, and a CS Executive candidate, with a keen interest in constitutional law, arbitration, intellectual property law, company law, and emerging regulatory issues. She has interned with INDIALAW LLPÂ’s Fort Office, Mumbai, where she gained exposure to corporate-commercial advisory work in the retail and technology sectors, including legal research, drafting support, and compliance-related tasks.  

As a legal intern and content writer, Priyanshi has authored legal updates for INDIALAW on digital evidence and deepfakes, live-in relationships and constitutional liberty, IndiaÂ’s visa and OCI framework, banking law reforms, and workplace safety under the OSH Code, 2020. Her work reflects a research-driven, detail-oriented approach to legal writing, with a focus on connecting academic legal principles with practical legal and regulatory developments. She is committed to building a strong foundation in corporate compliance, dispute resolution, intellectual property law and constitutional law while bridging the gap between academic study and practical legal application.
